Q: Where can we stay?
A: We have had a bespoke web page made specifically for the event by Visit Blackpool. Featured on the page is a range of heavily discounted accommodation for you to choose from. Click here to see the accommodation pages
Q: How many tickets do we need to sell for the event to run?
A: We need to sell a minimum of 500 tickets to even consider running the event otherwise it won't pay for itself and all of the things we have going on. If we don't manage to sell that many tickets I will look at other options for smaller venues in Blackpool. If for any reason the event needs to be cancelled everyone will be entitled to a FULL refund.
Q: How can I book tickets?
A: Tickets can be booked online or by phone. Find out the box office number and opening times here.
Q: Where do I collect my ticket from?
A: Tickets will be collected from the venue. When you book you will be given a reference number, this will also be emailed to you. All you need to do is give that number to a cashier and they will print your tickets. You can collect them at any time from date of purchase.
Q: Are partners and family welcome?
A: Absolutely. We welcome all partners, cabarets, friends, family to come and join in the fun. They may feel a little overwhelmed with 500+ entertainers that haven't seen each other in years but by all means bring them along.
Q: Are children welcome?
A: Absolutely not - This is an over 18's event only unfortunately. A chance for us to have a reunion.
Q: When is the last date I can book tickets?
A: Tickets can still be booked and we urge you to use the online booking or telphone box office. The event is now open to cabarets family friends and partners.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: The theme for outfits is 'Dress to Impress' and you can interpret that in whichever way you like. Imagine gala night from seminar. Suits? Cocktail dresses? Whatever works for you.
Q: Where is the money from ticket sales going?
A: There are a range of different things to pay for. Some of which are.....
*For ease, this year we intend on doing everything through the venue and allowing them to take any profits. If the event is a success, the next one we will look to do everything in house and any profits can be ploughed into the next one or given to a charity of our choice; but this is the easiest way to do it for the first one so that we can gauge success of the event.
Q: Will there be party dances?
A: There will be a small party dance section at the event, we couldn't begrudge you of that. However, we don't want the event to replicate a night in a show bar, we want it to be an adult party night.
Q: Will there be anything happening for charity?
A: Yes, but the plans cannot be revealed at this stage. Just have a couple of extra quid set aside in your pocket on the night.
Q: Will we be acknowledging our fallen friends who are no longer with us on the night?
A: Yes. Plans are already underway for this.
Q: Where can we park?
A: If your accommodation doesn't provide parking spaces then there are a range of different car parks available in Central Blackpool. This is the most secure way to park. There are some little side streets where parking is free but you will have to search for them so allow enough time.
Q: If we buy a discounted ticket for the attractions when can we visit the Dungeon and/or Tower Eye?
A: Your tickets will be valid for 90 days from the day you collect them so you don't have to do them over the same weekend, you can always come back. However, most people don't live locally so you can use them at any time over the weekend. Opening times approximately 10am-5pm. See the websites for each attraction Dungeon and Tower Eye
Q: What time does the event start and end?
A: The event starts at 7.30pm. Make sure you arrive promptly because the night will go very fast. We have various things planned throughout the night and we don't want anyone to miss out on anything that happens. The event will finish at 1am and then there are a range of bars and clubs that will be open much later for those wishing to party on in Blackpool.
